If you are working, always make it a habit to have a pitcher of water on your working table or when you are always on the go, carry a water container whenever you go. Kidney friendly diet. Diet plays an important role to people who are prone to kidney stones. If you want to stop suffering from painful kidney stones, mind what you eat. Although there are different types of kidney stones, most kidney stones are formed due to too much consumption of calcium. Modification in your diet can be very helpful to stop the formation of kidneys stones.  Sufferers must limit their calcium intake so avoid dairy products as much as possible. We also need calcium in our body so you may need to consult a nutritionist or dietician to make sure that you will not suffer from low calcium.  High consumption of sodium or salty foods and animal protein is also not good when you are fighting kidney stones.
