Nuts should be kept in the fridge because their oils go rancid quicker at room temperature.

The best fats to cook with are solid at room temperature i.e. butter, coconut oil, animal fat (from grass-fed animals)

Sugar lowers your immune system and feeds the bad bacteria in your gut making it harder to absorb nutrients from other foods.
